HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER? HOW’D YOU GET INTO IT?

I have been a photographer professionally for 5 years now. I opened my business in 2020, and it has blossomed into this full-time evolving obsession and I have never been happier!

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

I offer photography services for weddings and elopements, individual and couple portraits, engagement sessions, family, senior portraits, newborn, maternity, boudoir, cake-smashes, and more. All sessions are on-location of your choice or in my studio. My work is created by natural outdoor lighting and natural indoor studio lighting, my studio has big open windows that allow for beautiful lighting. I do however have soft boxes and flash for the occasions that I need them on. If you have an idea or creative vision that is not listed here, just message me with your inquiry, I’d love to hear about what you have in mind!

I’VE NEVER HAD MY PHOTO TAKEN — WHAT DO I DO WITH MY HANDS?!

Believe me ya'll, even I feel awkward in front of a camera! My guess is that you do not have professional modeling experience on your resume, and you sure don’t need to in order to have great photos taken. I will give you tons of prompts and posing ideas, so your photos don't seem so awkward and uncomfortable! I will help guide you to some natural positions, and I will encourage you to interact with your partner or family members as much as possible. I prefer movement, dancing, hugs, and twirling. I’ll even bring some props if you want to make things a little more fun and easy going!

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

I am very much a warm toned lover, those earthy warm tones that you get with sunsets and fall are what I find myself looking for and editing too! But really it is varying depending on the time of year, the location, the time of day, and the outfits clients are wearing. My editing very much depends on the scene I am capturing and so I always say I am inspired by my clients! It is so much fun building a session from the ground up and watching it come together through the final editing process!

WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER FOR OUR SCHEDULED SESSION?

I am usually always able to reschedule sessions promptly, or of course I have a studio space that allows me to shoot your session same day inside and out of the crazy weather we are experiencing!

HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY GALLERY?

Standard turnaround time for delivery of your photos is 30 days after the session date, however, depending on the time of year it may be sooner (14 days). Most of my sessions include “sneak peek” so you at least get a few to share with family and friends, (2-3 days time depending on my work load a the time)!

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL UNEDITED RAW IMAGE FILES?

The images in your gallery will be edited to the standards of my brand — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, I do not provide the unedited RAW images as they do not reflect the work I deliver and want representing my business.

DO YOU WATERMARK YOUR PHOTOS?

No! I strongly believe you should have photos that are unmarked. I do however watermark them if you are wanting to pick the final photos. so I would send you a watermarked album and from there you choose your designated amount of photos and I will then send those to you un-watermarked!

WILL I HAVE FULL OWNERSHIP TO THE PHOTOS?

Yes, once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. I do, however, ask for credit by name for any businesses that use my work for any public or marketing purposes.

HOW WILL THE PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?

The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints. 

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

I have no travel fee within city limits, but after I charge $2 per mile! or a total if there is a designated destination and I can calculate cost of gas and lodging and we cap the fee upon a reasonable amount!

HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSION DATE?

You can start by contacting me on my social media platforms or through email with your potential date, location, and telling me a bit about what you are looking for! I’ll follow up to send you pricing options and schedule a time to chat (on a call, texting, messaging, FaceTime, or over a coffee date), so you have the opportunity to ask any questions and so I can get to know you a little bit more! If you decide you would like to move forward with securing the date, I will send a session agreement form for your review and submission as well as a request a $75 retainer to hold the date.
